Hello, lovely Bliss Goddesses! On this page you will find information about future Bliss events, including monthly Friday Bliss circles, weekend 1/2 day Bliss Plunges, full day Bliss Immersions and whatever else arises in the future.
What’s in a name?
Kula is the sanskrit word for intentional community. Kula implies a shared vision, a common goal, a home of the heart. Bliss is a variety of things. That state of ease, contentment, deep connection to all that is inside of us and around us. It is also one of the 5 Koshs (layers) called the Anandamaya Kosha that surrounds the eternal, undefinable Self. And finally, Bliss is the place I long to leave you after a shared process: a place of remembering your authentic divine nature, perfect as is, sweet as gold honey and as beautiful as the most vibrant, breath taking sunrise.
Then Intention of the Bliss Kula
Our intention is to join in as women to deepen our connection to ourselves, to others and to life around us, and to awaken to our authentic, loving, vibrant, empowered feminine essence .
Bliss Circles
Each Bliss circle has a different focus of topic to inspire us to our truest potential. The optional time after is to connect and to share stories about the topic. This is a fluid, flowing circle, meaning you come when you feel called to be there.
Winter and Spring Bliss Dates
- Friday March 9th 9:30 to 12 noon in Hillsborough – Awakening Shakti
- Saturday March 24th 9:30 to 5:00 at Green Gulch in Marin at Muir Beach – A Day Long Bliss Retreat (Men & Women are invited) called Body, Breath and Being

A Morning of Bliss: Yin, Restorative and Feminine Flowing Yoga
Topic: Love Your Body

Who: All levels welcome. If you want to nurture yourself and connect with other like minded women, this is for you!
Cost: $30 (please never let money get in the way of attending…simply communicate your needs)
Our bodies are sacred gifts asking us to be acknowledged, nurtured, loved. There is so much magic, wisdom and beauty in all of us, as we are now. Not as we lament what we were, or as we critically propose we should be. Just as we are often our own worst critic, we can learn to be our dearest friend. We are the ones we have been waiting for! This day our quiet practice will be an opportunity to deepen the relationship we have with this temple, breath by breath, pose by pose. Come join this empowering, supportive circle of like minded women as we dive deeply into our yoga practice to grow our capacities for being fully present with our bodies in order to be fully loving with self and with others.
